Getting started

Create your account and company, meet your Team Lead, add more AI employees and give your first task.

WorkPier gives your company a team of AI employees. You describe the work, choose an employee, and it works on the task and hands back results you can open and download.

Create your account and company

1. On the sign-in page, choose Create account. Enter your Work email, a Password (at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers) and Confirm password, then choose Create account. If Continue with Google is shown, you can use it instead.
2. If you signed up with email, enter the verification code from the email and choose Verify email.
3. Under Create your company, enter a Company name and choose Create company. Your company comes with a first workspace, ready to use.

Invited to a company? Open the invitation link from your email instead of creating a new company. An account can belong to only one company at a time.

Meet your Team Lead and add more employees

Every company starts with the Team Lead, an AI employee built in to every workspace. It can take any task, and it can hand pieces of the work to the other AI employees you add.

1. Open AI employees in the sidebar and choose Not added.
2. On the role you want, choose Add.
3. Under Available workspaces, tick where the employee may work, then choose Add employee.

Adding an employee doesn't give it access to your files. You choose what to share with each task.

Give your first task

1. Open Home and, in the box at the bottom of the page, describe the work you want completed.
2. Check the AI employee shown above the box. When more than one can take the work, you can choose another.
3. Choose Create task, the arrow button in the box. The task opens and you can follow its progress.
