Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and WorkPier ("we", "us") for using WorkPier at workpier.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use WorkPier.
Who may use WorkPier
WorkPier is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and use the service for your business or your employer's. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Give us accurate account information and keep it up to date. Keep your password and sign-in methods safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Company accounts
The account owner is responsible for their company's members: who they invite, the roles they give and what those members do with the service. Make sure your members follow these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload, request or share illegal content, or content you have no right to use;
- abuse the service, attack it or try to disrupt it;
- try to break its limits or its security, or reach data that is not yours;
- resell the service, or let others use it as their own, without our permission.
Your content
You own the content you give WorkPier and the documents your AI employees produce for you. You are responsible for your content, including having the right to use it with the service.
You give us the rights we need to run the service, such as storing your content and sending it to the providers named in our Privacy Policy, and only for that purpose.
AI output can be wrong
AI employees can make mistakes, leave things out or state something wrong with confidence, and what they find on the web may be out of date. Check their work before you rely on it or share it. Do not rely on it alone for legal, financial, tax or medical decisions. You are responsible for how you use what the employees produce.
The service as it is
WorkPier is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and some features rely on other providers, so an outage there can affect them.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for loss caused by relying on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Suspending accounts
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. You can stop using WorkPier at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using WorkPier after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. For questions about them, email support@workpier.ai. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
If the translations differ, the English version applies.
